This is for sure one of my favorite session I have done this year. Kathey and me have discussed & spoken about this maternity photo session for some months now, waiting for her bump to be more prominent to be showcased in the photos.
Instead of just a normal maternity photoshoot, we got together with a Henna (or Innai) artist to arrange for the a Henna session. It's an ancient tradition in some cultures to apply Henna on the belly near the end of a pregnancy to safeguard the baby & mommy during childbirth, & other mystical powers such as protecting against evils spirits
She did it cause she's a hip mom-to-be.
